We're not trying to be the cheapest lawn company. We're building lasting relationships with homeowners who value expertise.
Our Story
TurfSmith was built alongside GroundSmith Landscaping by owner Scott Smith, with its own branding, trucks and uniforms, and one job: healthy, great-looking lawns.
Our mission is to deliver premium lawn care through expert knowledge, personalized treatment programs and a commitment to healthier, better-looking lawns.
Our Team
Our background comes from caring for some of the best turf out there, from NCAA athletic fields to country club grounds.
Owner
Scott built TurfSmith so lawn care would have its own specialists, its own trucks and a single focus: healthy turf. His turf background includes caring for premium athletic fields.
Turf Manager
Josh's specialty is diagnosing lawn problems, so treatment starts with the right answer instead of a guess.
Our Approach
Many companies push cheap nitrogen for fast, green growth at the expense of the lawn's health. We use products focused on the plant, at the right amounts.
Chosen for the long-term health of your lawn.
Treatments built around your lawn, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
We'd rather do it right than do it cheap.
Our Sister Company
GroundSmith Landscaping focuses on high-end landscaping and full-service property care. TurfSmith focuses on lawn health. Same ownership, two specialists.
